Wuhan has been in lockdown for the past few days, and the city at the center of the outbreak is expected to stay like that for the foreseeable future. A reporter from CGTN's parent organization, China Media Group, visited a typical community in the city to see for himself what has changed in people's daily routines. He found that all but one of the compound's six extrances had been shut, and residents were having regular basic health check-ups. A convenience store was open nearby and it was providing supplies of bottled water and snacks. There were also special bulletin boards to keep people informed of regulations and procedures. Watch the video to find out what one of the residents had to say about the state of play.
