After two days' effort, workers and volunteers turned the Dabie Mountain Medical Center from an empty building to a 1,000-bed emergency facility. The first batch of coronavirus patients was transferred to the facility at around 10:30 p.m. local time on January 28, 2020. The medical center is in Huanggang, a prefecture-level city in central China's Hubei Province.
