Trump's Middle East Peace Plan to end decades of conflict between Israelis and Palestinians has been unveiled at the White House. This was announced by U.S. President Donald Trump standing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. But Palestinians are rejecting the plan Trump calls the "Deal of the century". And now that the Palestinians have rejected it, the plan essentially draws up new Israeli borders, giving the Jewish state sovereignty over much of the Jordan Valley in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank – an area that would form a border with neighboring Jordan. This is something Jordan doesn't want, and we must take into account Jordan is only one of two Arab countries with a peace treaty with Israel.
