Improving China's recycling rate is a really huge challenge. It calls for a massive education campaign, a huge amount of goodwill, a lot of money from the government, and different legal frameworks that have been put in place and rigorously enforced. China should also look for circular economy business models to keep the program running. A sustainable lifestyle is always the key to solving waste issues.
