Despite foreign embassies in Wuhan offering to transport their citizens out of China, some foreign residents have decided to stay. Rui Severino was one of them. Severino, a racehorse trainer, cares for 27 racehorses in Wuhan. Though the coronavirus outbreak alarmed him, he remained in the city.
