Wuhan is isolating all people who have had contact with coronavirus patients or people with symptoms of pneumonia or flu. The quarantine is compulsory. The city says it will provide free accommodation, medical observation and treatment during the quarantine. It comes as Wuhan continues to step up preventative efforts.
