One of the continent's most fashion-conscious countries is drifting away from new garments and looking more towards the second-hand market – or at least those in their twenties are. Industry experts say young South Koreans are trying to get more bang for their buck. They're still interested in high quality, but second-hand clothes tend to be much cheaper. They're also said to be more environmentally aware than older generations – fast fashion is widely criticized for being unsustainable.
