The sentiments and conduct of people as well as local governments have been changing as China goes through different development periods of the novel coronavirus which broke out in central China's Wuhan City in December 2019. This video demonstrates these changes in people leaving and later returning to Beijing as the outbreak progresses from an initial to an explosive stage.
