The head of the World Health Organization has said there's a "window of opportunity" for the international community to act on the outbreak. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said over 99 percent of the infection cases are in China, and that the country is taking "strong measures." The rest of the world needs to do its part, he added.
