Officials from the government of Hubei Province brief the media on the latest development to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP). With the newly-built hospitals put into use and more medical staff from across China arriving in Hubei Province, China has seen an increase in the number of patients recovering from the NCP.
