Wuhan, the epicenter the coronavirus outbreak, has taken resolute control measures to curb virus spread. The local government has dispatched more than 34,000 public servants down to residential communities to carry out prevention work. The city has requisitioned hotels to isolate suspected cases and carry out medical observation of those in close contact with patients. The Motel Hotel in the Jiangan District has received 83 suspected patients, each staying in a single room.
