Officials from the government of central China's Hubei Province brief media on the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP). A total of 28 patients diagnosed with the novel coronavirus pneumonia were discharged from a makeshift hospital in Wuhan on Tuesday. It is the first batch since the hospital, which was built for patients with mild symptoms, started receiving patients last Wednesday.
