Wuhan's Leishenshan Hospital is being built and used at the same time. As of now, two wards, fully loaded with 88 patients, have been put into use. The hospital was originally primarily positioned for treatment of severe patients. However, some key areas, such as the ICU, are still under construction, so the hospital is currently being used to reduce the burden on other hospitals by transferring coronavirus patients whose condition has been downgraded to mild.
