The Supreme People's Procuratorate said Thursday it has decided to arrest Hu Huaibang, ex-chairman of the China Development Bank (CDB), for allegedly accepting bribes. 

Hu's case had been investigated by the National Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for further investigation and prosecution.

The case is still under investigation.
