In February, most parts of China are still in winter weather. Many provinces and cities have experienced foggy weather recently. Though the locals may be deprived of bright sunshine for a day or two, foggy weather brings them some rare, romantic scenes as compensation. Clouds and fog make several Chinese cities misty wonderlands, with buildings looking like an ethereal mirage.
