On February 14, Wuhan authorities issued a notice which dictates that all residential compounds in the city should be sealed and managed strictly. The notice specifies that each compound can only have one entry and exit, which should be guarded by people 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It also requests that residents' demand for daily necessities be met. On Saturday, CGTN reporter Xu Mengqi visited one such neighborhood in Wuhan to find out just how rigorously the new rules are being implemented.
