The COVID-19 is affecting China from almost all aspects. Economic activities, of course, are not exempted. As the epidemic continues, many enterprises, especially those in coastal provinces like Guangdong, are making endeavors to resume operation as early as possible to minimize losses, yet they face multiple obstacles, and labor shortage is one of them.
