A freight train chugged out of a railway station in Shenyang in northeast China's Liaoning Province on Wednesday, heading for Rostov, Russia, marking the restoration of the Sino-European service in northeastern China despite the ongoing epidemic.
The train was loaded with goods such as mechanical equipment, electronic products and auto parts, with a total weight of 509.7 tons. Due to epidemic prevention and control measures in the past few weeks, the service was temporarily closed. But, the local railway bureau in Shenyang has made painstaking efforts to bring the trains back on track.
