With the arrival of Yushui, or Rain Water – a Chinese solar term marking a rise in temperature and rainfall – plum blossoms in Zhumadian City, central China's Henan Province, have started making an appearance.

Plum blossom is one of the most favorite flowers of the Chinese people. Ranging from white to purple, these flowers usually blooms in winter and early spring.
