China's manufacturing industry has been coming under increasing pressure due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. Factories have been slow to reopen over the past couple of weeks due to a number of reasons, such as critical shortages of staff. However, many are now slowly resuming operations, thanks to some government initiatives. CGTN's Wang Qiao has more.
