Amateur photographer Elmar Weiss captured an impala showboating in front of its herd by springing into the air and kicking its back legs out. The impressive jumping display is known as "pronking," an exercise to show how powerful he is to attract mates and scare off potential predators.
Obviously, the performance worked! The young buck successfully caught the attention of his female companions.
All the photos were taken at the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
