A third plane has landed in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, bringing back five residents from the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan. They are among more than 200 who have been brought back since February 20. They have all been transferred to facilities in the New Territories, where they face another 14 days in quarantine.
