South Korea reports another sharp jump in number of confirmed COVID-19 cases

The number of confirmed cases in South Korea has risen to 833, the third-highest national total after China and Japan. 231 new cases were confirmed on Monday. And the country has reported two more deaths, taking the total to eight. Both were connected to a second cluster of cases around a hospital in Cheongdo.
