Costa Serena, an Italian-operated cruise ship with 3,706 passengers and 1,100 crew members on board, witnessed a race of emergency relief within 24 hours. After the Tianjin government was notified that 15 people on Costa Serena approaching Tianjin port were feverish, the government made a timely and effective response to deal with the emergency.
