A video of a hippopotamus strolling through the town of St. Lucia on South Africa's east coast made headlines in local media. Resident Marié Stubbe filmed the video on the night of February 23. The town sits near the edge of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular destination for hippo-watching. Hippos often walk through the town to graze at night.
