China's Ambassador to the United Nations Chen Xu has defended China's policy on Xinjiang and criticized some countries' prejudice against his country. Chen made the speech at a session of the Human Rights Council at the United Nations in Geneva, saying that China would never allow any interference with its internal affairs. He said the vocational and training centers in Xinjiang have helped safeguard regional security and protected people's human rights. The centers have also contributed to anti-terrorism and anti-extremism fight around the globe.
