Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has defended his call for schools to close as the country steps up its response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The move has drawn criticism, with officials saying they were not consulted and put working parents in a dilemma over the sudden lengthy school holiday. Meanwhile, Tokyo 2020 Olympics organizers say they will make a call next week on how to proceed with the ceremonial torch relay. CGTN correspondent Terrence Terashima has more from Tokyo.
