Forensic experts have released a report on their first autopsy of a COVID-19 patient, shedding more light on the pathology.  The report said the virus appears to cause inflammatory reactions in both the deeper part of the airway and the lungs. 

Team leader Professor Liu Liang said that once scientists understand and identify the real target organ, they can work out treatments or medications.
