The 61-year-old female was released from the prison in Wuhan and taken to Beijing on February 22. She later tested positive for the virus. The case has raised concerns about control measures taken in the prison. A joint investigation team led by China's Justice Ministry said Wuhan prison authorities were negligent in handling the case.
