Australian school shuts down after student tests positive for COVID-19
A high-school in Sydney has been ordered to close on Friday for at least one day after a 16-year-old student tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
Nearly 1,200 pupils and staff were advised to stay at home and self-isolate over the weekend.
This is the first school closure due to the virus in the country. Australia registered 60 confirmed cases, and two elderly have died from the virus.
