Martin Albrow, a renowned British sociologist and a fellow of British Academy of Social Sciences who has pioneered the theory of globalization, highly praised China's efforts in combating the novel coronavirus and in setting an example for the world to tackle the current epidemic situation in an interview with CGTN. 

"When it comes to a virus, boundaries don't matter, races don't matter, we are all one human family," said Albrow. 

He also emphasized the importance of global cooperation by pointing out that "cooperation is a fundamental principle on which we can create a global society."
