Trump signs $8.3 billion coronavirus funding bill
U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday signed an 8.3-billion-U.S.-dollar emergency funding plan to combat the new coronavirus, which has killed 12 in the country and infected nearly 100,000 in the world.
