Changsha City in central China's Hunan Province has opened direct freight chartered flights to Hong Kong to help export-oriented companies resume production. The logistics channel will be operated on a weekly basis. Meanwhile, the cross-Strait ferry linking the Chinese mainland and Taiwan resumed operations on March 5.
