Hubei authorities hold the 41st press conference amid the COVID-19 outbreak to brief the prevention and control measures in Xiaogan City, which has the second-highest number of confirmed cases in Hubei Province, and the latest on partner support from Chongqing Municipality and Heilongjiang Province.

Eleven of 14 temporary hospitals in Wuhan were closed as of Sunday, leaving over 100 COVID-19 patients in the remaining three temporary facilities. The National Health Commission said the next step is to gradually implement a plan to close all temporary hospitals by around March 10.
