Oil prices have dropped by nearly a quarter, over fears of a price war. The benchmark West Texas Intermediate crude has witnessed a four-year low, falling over 20 percent on Sunday, from 41 to 32 U.S. dollars a barrel. The Dow Jones futures tumbled more than 1,200 points after OPEC failed to strike a deal with its allies on production cuts and worries over the coronavirus outbreak.
