The Grand Princess cruise ship docks in the Port of Oakland, California, U.S. As of Monday, at least 21 people on board have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. There are more than 3,500 passengers and crew on board the ship, which has been in limbo since last week. 

Claiming that the cruise line was negligent in its safety screening measures, a Florida couple on board has filed a lawsuit asking for more than one million U.S. dollars against the ship's owner.
