Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Huoshenshan Hospital in Wuhan City, central China's Hubei Province, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak, on Tuesday. During his inspection tour, President Xi learned about the hospital's construction and operation, admission and treatment of infected patients, medics' protection and protective supplies, and progress of the scientific research in the virus. "I can't see your faces in masks and protective suits, but you are the most loved ones in my heart," Xi told medical workers while expressing his gratitude. The medics at Huoshenshan Hospital consist of 950 people from hospitals affiliated to the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Joint Logistic Support Force, and 450 from medical universities of the army, navy and air force of the PLA.
