Spring has arrived in China and tulips are starting to bloom. Tulips usually bloom only once a year, between March and May, and only last for two to three weeks. In order for tulips to grow, it's better to use well-drained soil. Alkaline soil should be avoided because it will affect the tulip's growth. Tulip bulbs need to go through a period of low temperatures to bloom; they go into hibernation during the hot season.
