Brussels has fired back at a U.S. travel ban targeting European travelers, saying the COVID-19 pandemic is a global crisis which requires cooperation not unilateral action. In his announcement, President Trump blamed Europe for America's coronavirus woes, saying the region has failed to take strong enough action to stop the deadly virus from spreading.
