Despite the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, spring is coming. Japan is now decorated by flashes of pink, the cherry blossoms, also known as sakura.

Every year, people can see various kinds of cherry blossoms at different times from southern to northern Japan. Picnics with friends and families under the sakura trees are a popular pastime.

Here is a collection of cherry blossoms in Kitaasaba Sakurazutsumi Park in Sakado, Saitama. Take a breath of the coming spring!
