China has donated 2,000 fast test kits to the Philippines. The Chinese embassy there says the kits can produce results in three hours, and more kits are on the way. Also, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has pledged to provide medical supplies to Spain. A team of nine Chinese medics arrived in Italy on Thursday with some 30 tons of equipment and supplies on a flight organized by the Chinese Red Cross Society. They included ventilators, monitors and defibrillators. Iran, the  worst-hit in the Middle East, is also receiving help from China. A non-governmental group in China has been translating health information into Persian.
