The first batch of donated COVID-19 nucleic acid test kits from China arrived in Belgrade over the weekend. 

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Brnabic each expressed thanks to China through the media and confirmed receipt of the first batch of foreign epidemic prevention and control supplies.

Aleksandar Vucic declared a state of emergency in a televised speech on Sunday.
