A total of 62 confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Serbia by Monday, according to the World Health Organization. The country has declared a state of emergency, with partial lockdown since Sunday. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang made the remarks that China will provide material assistance and send experts to Serbia to help fight against COVID-19.
