Ukraine announced travel restrictions to foreign visitors on Friday, amid concerns over the new coronavirus. President Volodymyr Zelensky gave a national emergency address, saying the measures were "similar to those in countries where statistics are 10 or even a hundred times worse than Ukraine's."
