Iran's health ministry spokesman Kianush Jahanpur on Thursday tweeted that COVID-19 is killing one person every 10 minutes in Iran. Iran has 18,407 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and its death toll has reached 1,284 as of March 19, according to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
