Spring has arrived, and flowers never miss a spring date. If you are still under self-quarantine at home due to the coronavirus, take some time to pause and look at these animals who stopped to smell the flowers, literally.
A cute harvest mouse ventures out for the first time since the snow and rain have cleared and is captured in a pink tulip in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. /VCG
PuiPui, an adorable Holland Lop bunny from Tokyo, enjoys its moment under cherry blossom tree. Pui Pui boasts over 24,000 followers on Instagram. The chic rabbit is often snapped living it up in very intricate outfits and costumes. /VCG
At first glance this looks like a beautiful flower but in fact the petals are actually made up of six white butterflies wings. /VCG
As the sun comes out these adorable harvest mice are striking a pose as they run up and down shoots of straw. The miniature mammals bodies measure just an inch-and-a-half long and are usually impossible to spot in the wild. /VCG
A fiery red squirrel perfectly performs a gymnastic split between two flower stems while it snacks on some tasty seeds. The wild forager looks like an acrobat as it perfectly balances in the split position on the delicate delphinium flowers. /VCG
