The People's Procuratorate of Dongsheng district of Ordos, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on Monday approved the arrest of Wang Jizhong, a criminal suspect who injured a doctor in the Ordos Central Hospital after an examination according to law.

The incident took place at the Ordos Central Hospital around 12:45 Beijing Time on March 19 when the doctor, identified by her surname Tang, was preparing the patient for dialysis, and then was injured when a knife-wielding patient attacked her.
