Japan is backing off on its promise to press ahead with the Summer Olympics as scheduled. The prime minister admitted for the first time postponing the Games may be necessary. Meanwhile, Canada says it will not send its athletes to Tokyo this July and Australia has told its team to prepare for 2021 instead.
