As the coronavirus situation in Wuhan appears to stabilize, many medical personnel and volunteers are leaving the epicenter to return to their work bases. Professor Luo Fengming, deputy director of the Respiratory and Critical Medicine Department of the West China Hospital, has returned to Sichuan Province and is undergoing a two-week quarantine. Prof. Luo, who also has experience of dealing with the SARS outbreak, led the first batch of people from his hospital to Wuhan to help fight the pandemic.
