Schools have been closed, almost every business has been closed, and nearly everybody has hunkered down inside their houses. This is what Burbank in Los Angeles has been since California Governor Gavin Newsom restricted public movement due to COVID-19. 

In this moment of crisis, Californians started panic-buying guns and ammunition, for them, water and toilet paper are also getting more and more difficult to find. A CGTN contributor hit Magnolia Boulevard, one of the main roads in Burbank to see a city in lockdown.
